Psalm 28, beginning at verse 6, “Blessed be the Lord, because He has heard the voice of my supplications! The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in Him, and I am helped; therefore my heart greatly rejoices, and with my song I will praise Him. The Lord is their strength, and He is the saving refuge of His anointed. Save Your people, and bless Your inheritance. Shepherd them also, and bear them up forever.”
You and I are indeed living in perilous times. Yet what an opportunity we have to glorify God by letting Him give us the strength and joy that He longs to. You might be down today, but Jesus can lift you up, and He will do it. Not just in time, but forever. My friend, you will sing again; yes, you will sing again.
It’s time to pray.
