2 Corinthians chapter 7 beginning at verse 5, Paul says, “For indeed when we came to Macedonia our bodies had no rest, but we were troubled on every side. Outside were conflicts, inside were fears. Nevertheless, God who comforts the downcast, comforted us by the coming of Titus.”
Now just as the apostle Paul once was, we too can become afraid because of the conflicts that are all around us. We sometimes wonder how God can give us peace with what we’re now facing daily. Now in Paul’s case, he opened his heart to the encouragement of a friend. So let me be your friend from God today. Let me tell you that God will be your protector, He will be your comfort, and He will be the one that gives you all the provision you need to get through. He has promised to never leave and never forsake you.
It’s time to pray.
