Psalm 60, beginning at verse 4, “You have given a banner to those who fear You, that it may be displayed because of the truth. That Your beloved may be delivered, save with Your right hand, and hear me.”
People display banners when they have something to declare. Quite often, it’s a statement of victory, offering hope for the future for all and any who have the opportunity to see it.
You and I have such a banner for this generation. We can hold it up without fear because it has proven itself to be true. Now here’s what our banner says: “Those who turn to God will be delivered, saved by His mercy, touched with His power. Their prayers will be heard; their lives will make a difference. The touch of heaven will be on them and flow through them.”
It’s time to pray.
