We Can Not, and Must Not Be Silent

We Can Not, and Must Not Be Silent

Listen to the words of Psalm 71, beginning at verse 17, “O God, You have taught me from my youth; and to this day I declare Your wondrous works. Now also when I am old and gray-headed, O God, do not forsake me, until I declare Your strength to this generation, Your power to everyone who is to come.”

It’s undeniable that God has been with this nation from the days of its youth. We’ve been enabled by Him to accomplish much and have been, in some prospects, the enviable dwelling place among the nations. Now we face the challenge for our very own future. Those of us who are older and know God must pray for His power to be made known to this next generation.

Listen to me, my friend, you and I cannot and must not be silent. It’s time to pray.

Dear Pastor Carter, Thank you for the Gift of these amazing words which helps keep Us connected to God. I'm sitting at work on a midnite to 9am shift surrounded by anthists. I am not afraid as I listen to the sound of your voice speaking the Lords words over my ipad.God uses this technoligy very well.As Gods words begin the unbelievers leave. The enemy flees with them and continues to lie to them. My volume is up and so is Gods. Indeed its time to pray . He is listening, thank God.
