We CAN Get Back
/

The book of Hebrews chapter 12, and verse 2, “Looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

The American church has erred greatly in its theology. We’ve taken the great truths of the gospel, and focused almost entirely on ourselves. The lack of ability to clearly see our purpose has left us both vulnerable and largely ineffective in our generation. The good news is that we can consider Christ again, who after being given for the sake of others, now sits in complete and overcoming victory. You and I can get back to our purpose. It all begins in the prayer closet. We must get back to prayer again.

It’s time for the church to pray!

Thank you!!! It is concerning that Christmas is mainly about gifts, food and family time. No idea what TSC does in reference to gifts but Churches, Christian organizations foster gifts. This is a testimony: Christmas shopping is depressing. No Christmas tree but a Nativity.Lots of Christmas concerts, I love saying Merry Christmas, nice dinner with a cake, sing happy birthday to Jesus and give a charitable gift on His name: Freedom and joy in my heart. I love Christmas.

Amen to that, Pastor. We need prayer, to glorify Jesus, not ourselves. May God bless you, your family, the elders, ministry leaders, and you and your family in this Christmas season.
