Victory Over Our Goliath

As Israel once was, we, too, today are being threatened by the voices of godlessness. Those who have lost sight of God, historically, are always fearful when these voices arise. The Scripture tells us that the men of Israel, when they saw this man Goliath, fled from him and were completely afraid.

Yet the Scripture tells us that in the last days, those who know their God shall be strong and do exploits. This means that we will be given the ability to do things that are beyond our natural ability. Thank God for men like David, who came into the camp and was more concerned about the honor of God than the fear that was in that present society. And he stood with the weaponry that God had given him, and with the power of prayer and faith and confidence in God, won a marvelous, marvelous victory that day. We need to pray again and believe God.

It’s time to pray.
