Sorrow Tugs At Every Heart
/

“When we see Jesus’ life, trials will seem so small; when we see Christ, one glimpse of His dear face all sorrow will erase, so bravely run the race till we see Christ.” These are the words to the chorus of one of my very favorite hymns.

Psalm 30:5 “Weeping may endure for a night but joy does come again in the morning.” And one of the ways to keep sorrow from having its full, dominating effect in your heart is to think about what God has promised will soon be yours forever. Soon all your tears will be dried; the sense of hopelessness will be gone and darkness will be no more.

It’s time to pray.
