The gospel of John, chapter eight, beginning at verse 30, says, “As he spoke these words, many believed in him. Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed, ‘If you abide in my word, you are my disciples, indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.'”
The Merriam-Webster Dictionary defines fascism as a political philosophy that, among other things, exalts the nation above the individual. It is a centralized dictatorial government, economic and social regimentation, and the forcible suppression of opposition.
The polar opposite of fascism is freedom. Jesus said that freedom is directly linked to the truth of God’s word. We must return to the love of God’s truth as a nation. The alternative darkness is too fearful for many today to appreciate and understand fully.
It’s time to pray.
