Psalm 62, verses 7 and 8 say these words, “In God is my salvation and my glory; the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God. Trust in Him at all times, you people; pour out your heart before Him; God is a refuge for us.”
You know, God’s not offended by the moments when you and I find ourselves afraid. Even the great King David once battled with the fear that God had forsaken him and had become distant from his cries. You remember his words, “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me? Why are you so far from the voice of my cry?” Now we know that wasn’t true. God called David a man after His own heart.
Don’t lose confidence in your vulnerable time. Call out to Jesus; pour out your heart before Him. He promises to me the place where your heart will find peace.
It’s time to pray.
