Acts chapter 27, verses 33 and 34 say these words: “And as the day was about to dawn, Paul implored them all to take food, saying, ‘Today is the fourteenth day you have waited and continued without food and eaten nothing. Therefore I encourage you to take nourishment, for this is for your survival, since not a hair will fall from the head of any of you.'”
You see, the point is that the praying person is not afraid of the word of God, nor moved away from those places where it will lead. On the contrary, he or she will eventually rejoice at the giving of ourselves for the benefit of others. We will also be able to lead people from crisis to comfort. Verse 35 says it all. It says, “When he said all these things, he took bread, gave thanks to God in the presence of them all, and when he had broken it he began to eat.” Paul had found fellowship with the one who so loved the world He gave His only begotten son.
It’s time to pray.
