Second Chronicles, chapter 5, verses 13 and 14, “Indeed it came to pass, when the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the Lord, and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of music, and praised the Lord, saying: ‘For He is good, For His mercy endures forever,’ that the house, the house of the Lord, was filled with a cloud, so that the priests could not continue ministering because of the cloud; for the glory of the Lord had filled the house of God.”
There are so many reason to believe that America has sinned away its day of grace. Compiling all of the arrogant ways in which we defiled the goodness of God, it truly today looks like a mountain. But there still one reason that stands above all these things and has the power in it to cast this mountain into the sea-“God is good, and His mercy endures forever.”
It’s time to pray.
