The gospel of Luke, chapter 7, beginning at verse 12: “And when He came near the gate of the city, behold, a dead man was being carried out, the only son of his mother; and she was a widow. And a large crowd from the city was with her. When the Lord saw her, He had compassion on her and said to her, “Do not weep.” Then He came and touched the open coffin, and those who carried him stood still. And He said, “Young man, I say to you, arise.” So he who was dead sat up and began to speak. And He presented him to his mother.”

It’s so easy to despair when the ones we love seem so far away from ever knowing the love that God has for them. Sometimes we just want to put them away to spare ourselves any more sorrow at the thought of their resistance to life in God. However, Jesus sees us in our sorrow and is able to speak to our loved ones, raise them up, and give them a new heart and a new voice!

It’s time to pray.

This is such truth, never give up,my son after 34 years is now serving God,what a transformation in his life, his was brought up in a Christian home, went to Christian schools and walked away from everything for about 18 years.God loves us and our children continue to pray, one thing I would pray for is that no matter where he was any time of the day God would draw him, call him to himself, that his eyes would be open to the Lords loving kindness in every situation he was in where it be bad or good and no matter what it took to bring him to a place of serender to Gods glory,as a parent we need to keep our trust on Christ our faith strong in the promises that God is a faithful and merciful God who disires and delights to answer our prayers.
