In Ezekiel, chapter 36, we see an incredible sign of the mercy of God—His willingness to take His own people out of all the places of captivity we found ourselves in; to bring us out into victory; to give us a new heart and give us a new spirit; to give us a new mind; to put His Spirit within us and cause us to walk in the ways that will glorify His name on the earth. He promises to place us in towns and cities; to be such a visible example of who He is. Nations and people will know He is God.
You and I must pray for seasons like this once again in our time. God is so willing to re-gather us, to forgive, to restore us. Not because we’ve done right but simply because of who He is. You and I must have in our hearts the desire to see His name glorified in our generation again.
It’s time to pray.
