In Philippians 4:8, Paul says, “Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there be any virtue and if there’s anything praiseworthy, meditate on these things.”
Amid the adversity that we’re now facing as a nation, we must believe that God has called us for such a time as this to bring glory to His name. We need the grace to believe in the truth of His word on noble things and things of good report.
Ask the Lord today to help you focus on what is good and virtuous. You don’t have to be afraid. We must have the right perspective in this battle. And remember, God promises you’ll crush every enemy under our feet. Talk to Him today.
It’s time to pray.
