1 Kings chapter 4, verse 32: “He spoke 3,000 proverbs, and his songs were 1,005.”
Now considering that Solomon did all of these things, I thought I’d try my hand today at a poem.
There once was a man called Ray
Who decided, each morning, to pray.
He’d call out to God
Whose staff and His rod
Gave David his comfort each day.
At first it seemed like such labor
But God, seeing his heart, gave him favor.
With promises alive
His new prayer life did thrive,
And he came to know Christ as true Savior.
And so, dear friend Ray has a message to say
To you who are listening today:
Your fears and your worries will all pass away
If you’ll remember it’s still time to pray
Well, okay, I’m not Solomon, but it’s still mine, and it’s still time to pray!
Perhaps this could be a song for you to sing Really enjoyed it
Pastor!
That was awesome and ENCOURAGING! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! GOD BLESS!
Thank you Pastor Cater
Amen

Great dear Pastor and Bro Carter. Well done. Love it. And I too am song writer but, unfortunately the last time I wrote a song was 4 years ago.
