Psalm 103, verses 15 to 17, “As for man, his days are like grass; As a flower of the field, so he flourishes. For the wind passes over it, and it is gone, And its place remembers it no more. But the mercy of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear Him and His righteousness to children’s children.”
You know that one day we will all be physically gone, because of God’s mercy, you and I will live forever. We are eternal beings created in the image of God and destined to be with Him in a world without end. The apostle Paul says that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared to the glory which will soon be revealed in us. Because of Christ, we have a new heart, a new hope, and a new and an eternal future. Take time today, to cultivate a grateful heart.
